Living rooms are located on the first and fourth levels and the respective bedrooms are sandwiched in second and third level, in which there are no corridors or elevator stops, allowing reaching densities in excess of 100 units per acre with a Type V (wood) construction.

At the center of the project there is a courtyard open to and visible from street.
The facade is articulated by balcony and massing interplay that further softens its posture.

Special attention was given to balcony massing, articulations and railing.
