50 Acres Mixed Use Project
Named after ovens that were famous to this archaeologically significant site.

We master planed this 50 acre site, in a bid to purchase it from R.T.C.
It is on the north east corner of Baseline and Hardy in Tempe.

The site was archaeologically constrained due to significant findings discovered at the center of the site. We solved the problem by forging an agreement with the Archeological Conservancy that was to police the development of the site.

We proposed a self-sufficient community with a full spectrum of housings from single family homes, townhouses, apartments, retail, offices with day care, all converging into a piaza with a fountain as a focal point.
