Our vision for our 58 Ac plowed and graded property is as an organic growth of the existing WestHills Community – Growth in both natural extension and convenience and luxury. We envision it as the fulfilment of a well-planned community, final phase, closure of West Hills Track. For younger wholesome families enjoying and being part of a natural extension of a fine, well-established community.

West Hills Crest Proposed Development for 25 LOTS

After much consideration reflected in the previous site plan concept we opted to pursue the 25-lot concept that was developed by Fay Estate which in 2007 was reviewed by Planning and all other related Departments staff and approved unanimously by LA County Regional Planning Commission. The lots range from 26,000 to 70,000 Sq Ft with flat pad areas of 20,000 to 26,000 Sq Ft. affording low profile Estate homes that will not block the superb views of its upper homes nor imposing on the existing homes on Randiwood Ln. More than half of the 86 acres and all its commanding ridgeline will be kept as natural preserve.
